1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SMS Mojo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

As a subscriber using our WhatsApp SaaS Marketing Cloud, you agree to:

• ✓ Send messages only to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from your business.
• ✓ Comply with WhatsApp Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• ✓ Immediately honor STOP / unsubscribe requests from end customers.
• ✓ Maintain a healthy Quality Rating. Accounts repeatedly downgraded to Red status by Meta may be suspended.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription plans and add-ons are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via Razorpay or authorized payment gateways with 18% GST Input Tax Credit invoicing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

SMS Mojo acts as an authorized software provider interface for the Meta Cloud API. We are not responsible for any WABA bans, template rejections, or account suspensions imposed directly by Meta due to policy violations.
